Person at counter wasn’t trained at all. They called someone on the phone and spoke a different language so I didn’t understand. Charged me more than I agreed, I travelled at 50miles out of my way to pick this truck up. This is because my local u haul hasn’t had a truck I weeks. So $87.5 was stolen out of my pocket because your company isn’t organized enough. Then truck wouldn’t start. Had to crank it over 3 times before it would start. Then check engine light is on and it’s misfiring. Person inside knew about all these problems already. I thought you maintained these trucks… guess not. Maybe you should set up a secret shopper and have someone drive and test theses locations. Horrible experience once again from u-haul. Rent a truck from another company!!!
