GLEN BMake sure truck is cleaned off. Spent 20 mins scrapping ice off truck with personal scrapper. Winter tires and make sure last person actually cleaned the back.
Jasmine VNew staff at satellite offices could likely benefit from more training to facilitate pick ups and drop offs with regards to key locations and documents. Otherwise the staff I encountered had the focus and energy required to complete transactions. Further note: two young employees scrambled to facilitate pick up, however, the male regularly interrupted the female staff and spoke over her. It's understandable he wanted to do a good job, but team work requires respect and sharing of the work load and in providing information.
