I think the person who did the check in, did a professional job of checking out all things. However, the charge for the extra miles (17) was a bit annoying since the overage was related to the closure of highway 421 which forced me to take an unknown detour resulting in the extra mileage. Seemed nitpicking your customer.

I wasn’t originally supposed to pick up at this location. Somebody called me the day before and told me I needed to change locations, and this one was much further away from me. There was clearly a miscommunication and my truck wasn’t set up for remote pick up so I had to wait outside the store for an hour before it opened and nobody communicated this to me prior to picking up the vehicle.
Caroline RDidn’t refund my deposit and charged me for an extra day!!
