TRACIE RMain trouble was with vehicle was door seals leaked and made communication in truck difficult. Truck had no cruise control, and no way to connect phone to radio or speakers for hands-free operation

KATHY HIt wasn’t the location where I reserved the trailer. It was a 20 minutes drive. It should be U-haul’s responsibility to get the trailer to the location of reservation. My rating would be poor for the original location who couldn’t honor the reservation.
