When I use your app to pick up the truck nowhere in the pick up process was, I asked to check the back of the truck to see if any of the blankets had been opened. When we got the truck to our house and started loading it I noticed that there were at least eight loose blankets in the back and two bags that were not opened. I think it would be helpful. If part of the pick up process on your app indicated that the customer needed to check the back of the truck and see if any of the moving blankets had been opened or not. Also, the cab of the truck really needed a vacuum. It was very dirty. Lots of loose brown dirt.

ERIK Fthe truck I rented was just OK on the "equipment clean" question . The owner of the depot was very helpful and quick to answer questions and respond to requests. I did not receive any paperwork to my email address ( typo on the address) . The mileage charge at over 2.00$/m is bordering on obscene.No explanation was given for the CDW charge ....or the safe trip charge
