Communicate with customer if u are going to cancel something in their reservation such as a dolly. I needed it and due to the store not having it in their inventory it was cancelled and not communicated to me. So I got home with a U-Haul pretty upset due to there being no Dolly in the back of the truck! I also declined the $30 insurance while making my reservations and I see on my final receipt the insurance added without my knowledge. Again, it was not communicated to me it was being added!
