Was upsold while making reservation to add an extra day, from 4 to 5 days..returned to drop off location in 3 days but no discount given. With how costly these U hauls are getting, buying your own trailer is probably the best way to go

Quick and easy drop off. Would definitely recommend
Michelle MI informed the desk person I was dropping off a trailer and he asked my name and said everything is taken care of, just park it in back. The next day I received a phone call asking when I was going to drop the trailer off. It was never put into the system that it was returned.
