Great customer service. No extras for sale except hitches, but i didnt need anything extra. Owner helped out with 1st all online reservation and it went very smooth.

BRIAN IWas upsold while making reservation to add an extra day, from 4 to 5 days..returned to drop off location in 3 days but no discount given. With how costly these U hauls are getting, buying your own trailer is probably the best way to go
