The online check in was lengthy and more unnecessary than required. I should have been able to verify my documents ahead of time to make for a quicker sign in. Also, the lock took over 10 minutes to open. It was stuck. All these issues caused me to be 20 minutes late with my movers. :/

KEVIN MDropped off after hours, the app did not have a return option, the web based return would not connect to my camera, so I am thinking I will be charged extra, which I did not know was a thing until actual drop off
