Vehicle NEEDS TO BE FIX when tried to accelerate it did not get out of first gear and the alignment was so horrible I felt extremely unsafe and would never use a U-Haul cause of this unacceptable experience cause I still have to pay for this horrible experience is ridiculous

KATHLEEN NNo wait. Truck was on-site and ready and gas tank was full. Business proprietor had additional equipment ready upon our arrival and was on time. Location is in a small strip mall area, but it was before most buisness hours and very close to where we needed to be to load the truck.
