This was the third location I had to go to to pick up a truck. The second location, the owner was rude not only to me, but to the U-Haul representative on the phone who was trying to help me. I finally went to this third location and asked about in the survey on Dartmouth and the guy was great. Unfortunately, the size truck I was renting had a dead battery and so I had to get a smaller truck which meant more trips and more mileage. And I don’t think that anybody adjusted the price for the smaller truck. It was a very chaotic morning when you consider I made a reservation and wasn’t just showing up to get a truck out of the blue.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location is great, but the uhaul rental experience was bad... didn't know that I still had a lot of steps to do before actually rental, which made me late. I thought the only thing I had left to so was pay. It should have been more clear that more was still required, or that I needed to come before my rental time
Danial GTruck while not dirty per se but was not "CLEAN". Little bit of small trash in cabin and cargo area could have been swept out. Definitely left it cleaner than I received it.
