Parking was super tight, check in was glitchy and not super straightforward but the vehicle was clean and worked just fine for the job and virtual help were able to help us quickly. Relative to other u-hauls it was nice to have staff available and responsive

I was really impressed by the virtual manager setup. The things I had ordered were not in the truck, but the virtual manager was able to help. Very cool.
Kathryn NIf I weighed 10 pounds more I literally wouldn't've been able to get into the truck, and there was no employee there to fix that.

TERRANCE Bcould not return the vehicle after hours due to parking being limited in front of the gate. Give the customer a gate code so that along with the contract, So they/she/he may drop the vehicle inside the gate. had to do multiple trips to get the vehicle back, which cost fuel, mileage, & Time. Otherwise, Mickey, the onsite Attendant and Virtual Assistants were very professional and Courteous. Awesome Job.
