Over 3 or 4 different rentals I’ve never had a quick checkout at this location. In this case the truck that I was scheduled to rent had a dead battery so I needed to wait while it charged before I could leave. I was assured the truck would be fine the rest of the rental period but it died again that night at my house.

The truck was very difficult to handle. It goes smooth for a minute, then it shimmies and shakes something fierce. Made driving in wind/snow very nerve-wracking. Not sure if it’s a sign that something needs maintenance, but thought I better mention it.

Truly appreciate being refunded the mistake of the extra day. The price of the rental was a lot more than expected (and how it was relayed). At the store, communication with the store representative re: the rental was extremely confusing. She seemed irritated and unhappy about something which made the beginning of this experience not clear at all. She had issues with my card which was a MasterCard I had to call my bank and surprisingly when I reached the bank the charge was approved before they got on the phone. She initially put me down for a pickup which When I reserved by phone was a box truck. Although this whole experience is something I never want to deal with again.

Ensure that location has more than 1 employee available to carry out all needed functions. This location had 2 in the morning for pickup, but only one at return in the afternoon. He was doing his best to cover all bases alone.

The location was fine, no complaints. When I called to reserve the truck, the girl didn't mention that I needed to have a credit card on top of my i.d. made picking up longer as I had to go home and get a credit card. Would have been helpful had I known that to begin with. Just a suggestion to mention this to customers. Otherwise the experience was good.

I rent from this location for my business quite a bit. This time we took too much stuff on a one way rental. UHaul customer service and this location took very good care of us when we couldn't return the trailer to the planned location.

I would tell a friend to be sure to check the fuel level before leaving. Mine was marked as full, yet I traveled 18 miles and when I "topped off" the fuel it cost me $18.00 for 6 gallons - that converts to $1.00 per mile, or 3 miles per gallon - not very good mileage.

Cash the customer service rep was great even though he was swamped 1 guy to take care of 5 people when I came in....lucky I was not in a rush...but other customers were upset. Also the truck we had a bad battery, i had to jump it inbetween

The customer service rep Cash was rude and did not belong at the front counter. The lack of training with your company bothers me.I spoke with the GM at the store and he was not concern about the way his employee attacked towards the stipulation. I know we lack in the Finding the people in Colorado but it’s a shame that you allow these types of attitude in your store. I had filled out the reservation on line. Specifically checked “no insurance” asked the first guy how much when picking up the truck, he said I can get the total when it’s turned in. The truck is $19.95 plus .79 a mile. I even talked to a uhaul Specialist prior to turning the truck in and she said 3 days was $60 something unless I was later than 2:15. I didn’t make the time and expected to pay an extra day. (4 total) which would’ve been $80 something! Plus 18 miles x .79 Definitely not $190! This is a form of bait n switch and false advertising! I want a refund of at least $80 or I’m posting on every review ie: Yelp, Google and file complaints with Attorney General and FTC! Regards, Gary Nelson

I had to pick up the trailer a day early because the shop in Russell wasn't open on a Sunday and was told don't worry about it, we will just give you an extra day even though you don't need the trailer yet. I just got the bill and it appears I was charged in Denver an extra day. That is frustrating.
