The staff was very helpful and courteous. The scheduled drop off location, 1895 E. Colfax refused to accept the return of the truck we rented causing more miles used and time spent needlessly. Overall a satisfactory experience!

I clearly asked that we be able to deliver to the closest U-Haul that we would be at. I was told no problem. Tried to take it there and was told I had to take it back to where I got it.

Customer service was very poor. Employees misinformed me of policy. Advising me that my debit card was used to hold the reservation and would not be charged. Planning on paying the actual total in cash upon drop off I discovered my card had me charged an even greater amount. This misinformation and lack of competence and service by your employees caused me to have an overdraft fee I cannot afford on my acccount. If your employees weren’t rude and misleading this mishap could very well have been avoided. Upon return customer service was again very poor. Offering me solution to the problem the previous days employee caused. I will be seeking to further inform future customers of your misleading ways.

I showed up at 6:30 to pick up the truck the guy that was there was in a hurry to get home he was tired and woe is me then we get the truck that night we were loading it up until about 3 a.m. and the truck wouldn't start battery was dead so we had to get a friend to come over and jump started at 3 in the morning so maintaining your vehicles would be a nice thing and then we get charged another day because I couldn't figure out your website for checking in after 7 p.m. you need to do something with website it's too confusing and whats up with taking pictures come on go back to the old style it less of a headache especially after you been moving all weekend the last thing you need is another headache.

There was only one person working at 10am on a Saturday. There were about a dozen people in the line to get to the counter. The one guy working did great and stayed calm, but he had to check each person in, then run our an get their truck or help them hitch their trailer. So it was about 10-15 minutes per person, meaning that it was a 2 hour wait for the 8th person in line. Thankfully, another employee did show up within 30 or 40 mins.

The truck I rented was dirty and had bugs all over the windshield and the windshield wipers didnt work because of it. I took it to another Uhaul (Highlands Ranch) and they cleaned it for me and even the manager there told me to complain about it because it was unsafe. They are the ones who cleaned it and made sure that it was good to go.

This location is horrible! The manager devon is rude as well. When I went to pick up my uhaul they were understaffed and busy which made us start to run late for our help we hired through uhaul. I called twice about the gas being off and other issues which I was told Devon was going to get back to me. I finally got my bill and it is going to charge me 166 over what I already paid! We did 51 miles they said 93 and they charged me for a dolly I didn't even order! I am very dissappointed

I checked in online as it said it would speed up the process, but it still took 40 minutes to check-out. The attendant was nice, just busy and forgot to give us the furniture pads we had reserved.

the first truck had a large bolt in the rear tire unsafe i was given a 15 foot truck as a replacement even though I reserved the 17 foot well in advance the truck was very dirty the girl who helped me had trouble with the contract and pretty much wasted an hour getting it all sorted out just reviewed my contract and I was charged fuel even though I filled it to original level this location is substandard and not up to par with other u-haul locations todd coleman 3039955372 unhappy

Website doesn't say you need to pay for estimated mileage upfront. That would have been helpful info when I was budgeting because I didn't have enough funds in my card to use for it.

The truck indicates an oil change is needed. The trailer crank handle broke with normal use and requires a repair.
