Both not tires needed to be changed, we waited hours for it to happen. If someone would've really looked the uhaul over well it wouldn't had gone this way. Just a heads up on your vehicles is all it takes.

I am VERY ANGRY and want to file a complaint against "D" (I believe this to be Devon Hinks) who claimed to be the manager at this location. I found out after returningbthe truck he had lied to my face regarding several questions I put to him about the state of the 26 foot truck when checking it out: 1. I heard the brakes making odd noises and asked him to look at it with me. He reluctantly and with a LOT of condescending rude attitude walked over to the truck with me and said there was nithing wrong with them. To be fair I did not have an issue with the brakes on the truth but he could have been MUCH nicer about it. 2. He claimed that the truck had "just come back" from maintenance. Nope. When it was checked in at the Las Vegas Uhaul today the attendant told me it had not been in for maintenance in AGES and further there is no way "D" could not have known this based on the stickers on the truck. 3. I asked him specifically about the AC and whether it was working and again he said it had just cone back from maintenance. Nope. The AC quit blowing cold within the first 100 miles of this 800 mile trip, making it VERY unpleasant in the Nevada desert (and there is no excuse I told him I was going to be driving in the desert). This proves he coukd care less about my safety or welfare in the truck. I did call roadside assistsnce while on Grand Junction Colorado to report this. 3. The middle arm rest console would not come down or function at allso I could not rest my arm the whole way or have extra space to put things securely so as a result there was stuff rolling around on the seat and falling down behind it where things were hard to retrieve. I WILL NOT TOLERATE being LIED TO by your associate with regard to the mechanical condition of a vehicle I rent. Not only completely unacceptable customer service but he lied about how recently brakes were repaired which could have put my life and other lives at risk. Your employee is a loose cannon who doesn't care about customer's safety or how they are treated. He should be released immediately.

The trailer had wiring issues and a flat tire. I wish it had been ready to go, but the staff did a good job to correct the issues and keep us safe. Overall I was satisfied.

We were told that when we reached Denver that we could contact the nearest location to our destination for drop off as long as we used that location for all 4 units. When we did that and after leaving 3 of the units then we were told that we had to drop all 4 at another location without an up-charge. I finally got that problem fixed after an all day affair. Very disturbing after a two day drive to Denver and trying to get unloaded to our new home. Also there was only one young man at the facility trying to handle check-in, the computers and getting new rentals out. Like I said...all day ordeal. Dale Agnew

They have over charged my card 180 dollars now my rent check is going to bounce. I spend a lot of money with u haul. Never had this problem. This location is shady. Didn't even receive an invoice and when I did it was for $129 after the charge my card $167. No one wants to speak to me at this office. Shady. Shady

they did not have the trailer I had reserved which made the move take 2 times as long, Why reserve? Also, your website is poorly constructed I tried to cancel a reservation and was unable to do this. Not user-friendly

I reserved a Uhaul two days in advance with a specific time for pick up. There wasn't an employee in sight at the customer service when I showed up (on time) to pick up the truck. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, I asked a guy who was working in the garage if he could help me with my reservation. He said, verbatim, 'there should be a lady in there.. I don't know where the hell she went. I have about 4 other things to do'. So I along with two other customers continued to wait an additional 20 minutes. Finally a lady showed up at 630 (reservation for 6) she was annoyed and said the place was run ridiculously and she was ready to walk out. I am an extremely patient person but the facility was a circus. It was my first time renting a UHaul and it's safe to say I don't plan on being a returning customer.

Location double charged me and has not been available to pickup phones to fix issue, so I have been constantly re-routed to customer service (who can't fix the issue). I have been calling the past four days and a dispute was only created today!! after talking to 10+ different customer service reps. wasting hours of time on the phone.

I had originally reserved a vehicle much closer to my actual home several weeks in advance but due to the high volume of renters over Memorial Day weekend, my reservation was moved to another location. Long story short, my plans and the truck size I needed were not going to be available at the time I needed... Devon, the assistant Manager at this location took a personal interest in helping me get the vehicle size I needed and came up with a solution of allowing me to have it the time I needed to move my family. Devon did a phenomenal job handling what I am sure was a stressful weekend (being as busy as they were for Memorial Day) Please pass tell Devon thank you again from Todd Earley. I really would not have been able to move my family very well had he not stepped up.

We had several reservations at different facilities every time we called to confirm some guy was super rude and would hang up and then we'd call back and get him again this was a horrible experience we had a reservation changed 4 times. There is no reason why we shouldn't be refunded completely I have never been so mad!

pd movers working to unload/find my units. I am requesting you do not chrg me for #1084 as it cost me 3 times that amount for movers to stand around waiting for key unlock, etc. computer errors. Please hear me out and allow this month free for both units and I will hope to be out before the end of June.
