Person was not there at pick up time. Had to wait 20 min for store to open. She could not get app on phone to load to check us in, took another 30 min. Store was not clean or inviting. She was nice though.

SANDRA SI would not recommend this location for pickup, unless you can go during the day and business hours. The app was not loading well, and it was extremely dark and hard to see the equipment at 8pm. The dolly that I ordered and paid for was not in the truck. The gas was only at 1/8 of a tank, but the contract said 1/4. We had to call and speak to a uhaul representative who could not do anything to help us at the time of pickup. I called the location and left a voicemail, but still have not heard back.
