Picking up, and dropping off the U-Haul vehicle at All In One Convenience was a terrible experience. The employees not only didn't speak English well at all, they spoke to each other in another language constantly. And when I say constantly, I mean, they spoke to each other in another language the entire time they were supposed to be helping you. They were rude, unprofessional, and again, it was a terrible experience. The truck was so filthy. I reconsidered if I had to move to my new home that day. I mean, filthy! The truck ran so badly that honestly it sounded like it was gonna break down the entire way to my new home, and the entire way back. When I dropped it off, I experienced the same rudeness and unprofessionalism, and I had to argue with the employee about getting a receipt showing that I had turned the truck in. He kept waving his hand at me and saying it's fine. We went back-and-forth with me telling him I needed a receipt to prove that I turned the truck in, and then I got a few more words, which were he knows you turn in, I'm assume meaning the truck. And on top of everything else, they charged my credit card two separate amounts, and I have no idea what they were for. I plan on calling U-Haul and telling them about this horrible horrible experience, and I absolutely will contact the Better Business Bureau as well.

DALE RI was very disappointed with the service, we did not get paperwork they charged me the 100.00 the truck was reserved for 6hrs.we only needed 2 and a half. We sat waiting for them to check us out.lt was the worst service they didn't help or answer any questions. We had to call uhaul customer service representative while there .l will never go back.
