The customer service at pick up location was poor they were no help in trying to rent the u haul truck The wi fi at the store was not working they had no idea concerning the app of what information was needed to rent and drop off the U-Haul truck Very frustrating experience at that location

LUIS NEverything went well, and the representative was friendly and helpful. However, the establishment itself is a little hectic as it's not a dedicated uhaul outlet. I would still recommend it to others but would inform them of the situation.
DOROTHY AEmployees were rude and disorganized. They could not find the keys. It took a long time for them to locate the keys. I spent almost a half hour at this location trying to pick up the truck. Also, the website to submit pre inspection photos would not accept my photos. Unfortunate as I had to accept the truck without documenting vehicle condition beforehand.
