JOSHUA AThe process of self service was a nightmare! It took me an hour and a half just to navigate, speak with 3 agents on the phone, getting the keys and waiting for approval. Dropping off was ridiculous as well. And the worst of it all I was charged way more than using a normal U-haul dealer.
