First off, we did not have a great experience. We had our pick up location changed the day before meaning we had to travel out 30 miles then back 30 miles using our fuel. Then we pick the truck up and it had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. Second the uhaul app is absolutely terrible. It was freezing or not responding constantly. Third the load share kept trying to get us to haul a fully loaded trailer across country without knowing cargo. And lastly, uhaul tried to change the drop off location. We had choosen the specific location because it had a shuttle to the airport. They told us we had to drop off the unit 2.5 miles away and then Uber back to our original location. Customer service was the absolute worst. After almost 20 minutes of arguing back and forth they said we'll put notes in and hung up on us. This experience as a whole was absolutely horrible. 0/10 please reach reach out to me please.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation is easily accessed from airport but cell service at the location is minimal which makes the already tedious UHAUL app very difficult to use for check in/out....
jonathan nStill had equipment in the back just thrown about…reservation was at 11am and wasn’t able to check my reservation for entire hour…which made me late for my pick up and I missed my appointment to pick up my sofa due to complications at pick up…they gave me the hotel number for a refund. Would never go to this location again…and if I’m not refunded properly I will NEVER USE UHAL AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! Sincerely a unsatisfied customer!!!!!
