Took just a little to long to approve my rental truck it was over and hour to get me on my way....then they forgot my shipping blankets..the truck really needed an extra step to get in and out of truck with both parties having bad knees as well as being short it was very difficult to get in and out..truck was very noisy in the cab had a hard time hearing music, maybe insulated better would be a good so you can hear the music otherwise trip was good

Clerk should give the person he is dealing with his undivided attention to complete the transaction quickly and efficiently rather than dividing his attention to help other customers simultaneously, therefore making me have to wait longer to complete my rental when he kept helping other customers as they entered the store, rather than allowing them to wait their turn.

I had a contract to head to hundred miles so I thought. When I went to the store to pick up my truck person at the gas station did not know anything. I had to call the corporate office and I had to take care of everything. You guys should've paid me. Then when I dropped off my truck you charge me another $50 for mileage. Obviously somewhere when you switched my reservations You made it to your advantage to get more money out of me. I'm very upset and I will never use U-Haul again and I will make sure all my friends and family never use U-Haul. You guys absolutely suck and I'm very pissed off. The customer service agent was rude and was not interested whatsoever of helping me. You guys can go to hell

Was directed to a non existent location that took 45 minutes and 16 miles of driving to find this place. Over an hour to finish the rental paperwork that was already done at the reservation site. This is a 7-11 style store and every person that walked in was an interruption. Miserable. Actually wait on the customer would be a suggestion. Equipment was very noticeably worn, especially the nylon straps. Some torn off chain retainers. The actual tow went well. The person doing the rental had no clue of any kind about the actual gear.

Seems as Haul customer you don't have preference. Permanently gave priority to other customer while doing the paperwork. Same when truck returned.

I received an e-mail with a contract that had a $160.00 charge for 4 extra days ($40.00 per day X 4 days), however I had return the equipment 2 days early. I am not sure why I received this.

People at this location are very friendly and helpful and the equipment was excellent. They are new to the business and I'm sure the process will be faster when all of the employees are more familiar with it. Having to wait while the one employee serves regular customers does not take much more time than going to a large U-Haul facility and waiting in line for other U-Haul customers to be served, but it is a factor. Hopefully they will get enough business to have two employees on location at one time!
