Where to begin. I turned up promptly for my 9:00am pick-up, with nobody to be seen anywhere in the lot. I called the number provided multiple times - nothing. I banged on the door of what appeared to be an office - still unsure what it was. After about 15mins, a disheveled guy who looked like he’d either just woken up or just smoked a bowl asked me if I had a 9:00am appointment. He took me to the truck, then told me he had to fill it with air, so I waited again, until finally leaving at about 9:45am. I didn’t see him again until 7:00pm after waiting about 20mins and honking multiple times for him to again, either wake up or finishing puffing, to let me in the gate, which for some reason didn’t open. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.

Tanya COffice is not clearly marked. Truck tires were not properly inflated with most being in the 60's PSI (recommended 80) with one rear tire as low as 25psi - very unsafe. Truck was not cleaned on interior. Sticky mess all over console and seats.
