There were homeless walking around, so that felt a little unsafe. Also the return box was really hard to find. But otherwise, the gas station attendances was great! Thank you for a great experience!

The staff that works the gas station didn't know how to release a rental truck. The process took almost an hour to complete. That is with me already uploading drivers license and checking in the website.
Timmathy Muniformed and did not know how to handle rental. Failed to give paperwork to customer for return. Took hours just to get the truck.
