Location was close to the original pickup point, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Only issue I had was U-Haul overbooked, and I had a different pickup site. Only issue was the employee did not know how to adjust the rear view mirrors. I had to play with them for a few minutes before I figuired out to adjust them. No instructions on the inside of the cab features.

The location I selected when I initially booked the truck was not available for me to drop off. I ended up having to go very far to drop it off. Overall, a really bad experience.

Ruth WRude customer services. When I needed help, and could not get key unlocked - Representative acted very shameful, annoyed, and treated passive aggressive. Would not recommend to anyone. The location is also ever dangerous.
