The 24-hour truck rental service was awful compared to other locations I’ve done it through. No key to be found for my van. No lock box instructions, no code, and the app told me to go get it inside - even though no one was on-site and this defeats the point of the service. Stood outside in the cold for an hour working to resolve on the phone until finally U-Haul corporate changed my reservation to a truck. Lost an entire hour of my reservation and didn’t get to use the truck for everything I planned. Will not be returning to this location - others have been much more on their game.

The gas light was on when I picked up the truck. Had to get gas and pay for the miles in the truck. Unbelievable

Alex MThey had the vehicles parked extremely close together and I was expected to pull out of a spot that was extremely close to other uhaul vehicles. If I reserve a vehicle it should be prepped and pulled out in a spot for the customer to easily access. I could barely get in the vehicle from the start and I had to carefully maneuver and pull the vehicle out just to park it in a more convenient spot to do inspection.
NONI MHave someone on-site. Locks were difficult to decipher & unlock. Area is isolated. Also, as an older adult there needs to be some type of counter to set down phone & wallet in order to scan ID.
