Please consider retraining Angel. She was the representative who I spoke to over the phone on 3/10/26’. She works in customer service and who answered my phone call & was very dismissive very broad with her answers and did not care to find answers and solutions for the simple questions that I had and I asked to speak to a supervisor who is Jennifer and Angel stated that Jennifer would give me a call back and I never received a call back. then I spoke to Lorenzo, who was very helpful and answered my simple questions and provided great customer support. I have yet to get a call back from Jennifer, as Angel stated that I would.

U-Haul came with 1/4 of fuel. Inside truck was leaking water so I was unable to put items on the top shelf. U-Haul was not prepared for me. Covered in icy snow parked in mud.
Antonio KThe people were disrespectful and the vehicle stuck in the mud in the snow and it took me 45 minutes to take out the vehicle, but I still get charged for the hours. Overall my experience with the customer service was bad and I was standing on the counter about 15 minutes to get help and and I paid double the price at the end
MIHERET BGot scam, only went 2 miles, file up the gas tank $10, and was charge an extra $12 for gas on the final bill, not way $24 for 10 miles. Rip off
