Pick up was fast and easy. Customer service was excellent, she handled the complete hitch up, connections and light check out. She was the friendliest U-haul person I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I have rented a lot of equipment over the years. Very pleasant experience. Did self return, which was fairly easy.
