We had some issues with the mobile pick-up, including the app not loading things and having to restart multiple times but we spoke to an agent through the app and they got us set up in a quick and concise way. Our driver had an international license which appeared to be not a problem until they additionally needed a US government issued ID which I did not see / or failed to see being needed when signing up for the rental.

Everything was good, just wish they cleared the snow off the roof which is a law in PA, had to do it myself when I got the truck home.

ANATOLIY YPhone pickup service was not user friendly. We spoke with two live agents. Neither was willing to go out of their way to help us. One kept sighing loudly into the phone with each question I asked. Eventually she said there is a phone number on the website I could call, my pick up questions were not her department. When I asked if she could give me the number vs email she sighed heavily. One hung up on us. I was not impressed with customer service. The pick up site itself was fine.
