fast in - fast out - decent equipment - all the things you need
ROBERT MThe manager is not friendly at all. Does not like to listen to anything I had to say, in which I had to explained that I was returning 4 blankets out of the six because the pick up place only gave me 4. He barely had patients for my and told me that I was going to be charged for what ever I didn't return, that is was not his fault and that u-haul was going to follow up with a call. which it hasn't happened. I am honestly so upset about the whole thing from picking up the truck to returning it. Of course, I was charged extra for equipment that was not given to me.
ALMA Rit was a very good experience. We will be renting again in a few days & will return to this location. Upon returning the truck I noted that it seemed to have a leak in the corner of the box, behind the driver's side. I;m sure they will take care of it before it goes back out. BTW: The leak DID NOT cause a problem for us as we unloaded before the rain set in.
