RENEE REquipment had a massive leak in the cargo area. I have multiple pictures and videos of standing water with my stuff sitting in it. Fortunately I mostly used plastic totes so damage to my items were minimal. I am having to dry out some electronics before attempting to use them to see if they have been damaged or not. I lost a few children's books I give away during my service work. That being said, the location itself was much better than places I have rented U-hauls from in this area before. They actually had the equipment I had reserved, they were knowledgeable and expedient. Overall, good experience with the location, poor experience with the equipment.
