Only one person knows how to check you in and out ..my actual bill was 20.00 less than the estimated bill I paid due to less than the miles I estimate .. I am still waiting on my refund of the difference

MATHEW PThey don’t give you any confirmation at drop off, they took hours to actually close out my return. I returned it at 5:30 and it wasn’t done until the next day. Had to call U-Haul customer service to make them aware so they would not charge me extra time
