The fuel reading did not match actual. Contract stated half it was 1 quarter below half. I only went about eight miles and had to put in ten dollars. I hadn't noticed this but did take pictures otherwise service good

Used Ford transit van, put 36 miles on it. Put 1.6 gallons of gas in it. Needed 2 return early, woke up late did not put fuel in . Charged me $14.50 for fuel ,that equals 3 gallons ? I know that vehicle with 3,451 miles on it gets better than 7.6 miles a gallon , need a rebate!waited 25 minutes to clear Bill at 10:45 van still there. Had 2 return 4 hours early to satisfy reservation ?

Great service! They were really nice and professional. I only needed the vehicle for about an hour to transport some furniture from a local store to home. I'd go back in heartbeat. Future customers--please give them a break by returning your vehicle as clean as you receive it.

The staff was rude. The lady that made my reservation was not informative at all. The truck air conditioner or heat did not work! When I returned the truck, the guy didn’t want to check me out, he kept referring me to self check out due to me returning the truck at 8:02, was informed on the phone with customer service that I couldn’t do self check out after hours!

The customer service was awful, arbitrary, discriminatory and void of respect. After a complaint was filed, the perpetrator actually called me back. That is not how I was told my complaint would be handled and I consider the call harassment.

It is the most efficent location I have been at! If the equipment readiness can be met with online completed paperwork and reduce the experience to a drive in and out without office time, except for walk-ins, would be amazing! Only one minor suggestion. The truck already had some minor damage from a previous customer. I could tell that it had already been logged by the company (as I saw the stickers on the truck noting that they were already recorded as damage). One item was the front passenger headlight assembly (cracked). That kind of item should be fixed before another person rents it, as some states can issue violations for those types of things. Like I said, just a minor suggestion (I realize that it isn't always possible due to the quick turnaround times on these vehicles)

Terrible customer service is the very least I can say about this place the person that was supposed to serve us barely even talked it was almost as if we didn't ask him what the next step was it would just stare at us like we were supposed to serve our selves. There are some serious interventions that needs to happen at that place because the young man working there acts as if he is either extremely depressed and does not want to be personable enough to do his job. I can guarantee 100% that I will never come back to this U-Haul location again

First, be sure to explain everything completely instead of just pushing a paper to the customer and saying sign this. Second, know your product. If you work there you should be able to explain the sizes to me and know what the largest and the smallest trailer is that you carry. Third, don't ask a customer how they got the trailer back to your location when they tell you they do not feel comfortable backing the trailer in the space. Extremely poor customer service and horrible attitudes. I'm sure the employees that helped me were the owners. I do.t understand how you have a business and you treat customers like that. If at all possible I personally will not use this location Uhaul... I will definitely not suggest it to anyone.
