First, ensure everything is clean and clear of garbage (especially inside the cab). Second, insist that employees take more interest in the customer and less attention to their cell phones.

I never received the equipment I paid for, was still charged for it, then was charged a fee for not returning it, spent an hour on hold trying to contact this location, then was finally redirected to the managers voicemail. I will never use this location again.

Either have a customer service rep standing by during office hours or have the inspection rep offer to take the key. I made the mistake of leaving the key on the counter, since no one was around, and ended up being plagued with calls and text threats that I would be charged for not returning a vehicle that I returned more than 3 hours early.

Have the keys in the drop box when you pick up after hours. When it's not after hours have employees not lie about the truck not being there because they want to go home early. Make the customer service educated on the hours of business so it doesn't take your next guest 3 hours to find a location. Out of the 8 u haul employees only one actually helped me. Have the trucks actual miles on file so when you drive 20 miles and go to check out after hours it doesn't try to charge you $68,000 I am very disappointed in the company. I am telling everyone I know never to use u haul. Also I will never be a returning customer.

I showed up 10 minutes after the employees experienced an awful experience by unruly would be customers. They maintained their professionalism even while talking to police officers. Tammy was a great help in assuring things and Jarod knew how to fix my trailer lights efficiently and effectively all while smiling. This is my third time using this location and as always, very kind people. The other two employees I've encountered were also very nice, I just don't remember their names as I didn't have much time with them. Team seems to work well together :-)
