Reason for downgrade is that I did NOT appreciate the attempt by Joselyn, 928-515-2395, 5:25, 08.20, to inform that my reservation may not be available when I get there and was offering to redirect pickup. I disagreed allowing that I had a contract and would expect it would be honored, which it was. Thank you U-Haul for providing the doubt and erasing my reservation. I already had an agreement. U-Haul should be protecting good service points, not stepping on them.
