The truck needed a tuneup and the air conditioning did not work and it was very hot out today. I should be receiving a refund for this.

I reserved a 15 footer for 6am and they sent us to a location that didn’t have mobile check in and the office didn’t open until 9. Since there were no other 15 footers in the area, they gave us a 25 foot truck but we had to drive 15 miles further away. I originally didn’t want the 25 foot truck because I knew driving it would be much more difficult to drive and the gas would be way more expensive as well. We made it but it was a much more difficult drive. I do want to say that all the U-Haul representatives were great and as helpful as they could be but having to drive the 25 foot truck was not ideal.
