The U Haul in Longview had my reservation complety messed up. I had asked for a one way rental and they had me down for a local. They did manage to cancel that one and created a new one but I had to drive 15 miles further. They had three on the Lott but would not release one to me. The lady in Diana was very helpful when I arrived there. I would think very hard before using the Longview location in the future.

Kirk YI really can’t rate this location. The morning started off great she called and left a message to make sure we knew which location to drop off at. It was a small town with multiple locations. We arrived at 4:40 to drop the truck off and they had closed early. We just called Uhaul to figure out what to do next.

Robert PDoor would not latch shut - imagine my surprise when I tried to latch the door after loading and I finally had to tie it down into place
