Steve NNothing to improve. Great experience I had. First time using showtime auto and the process was quick and easy. Didn't take no more than 10 minutes if that! Will definitely go again if I ever need a uhaul!
APRIL CUnmanned location. Dirt lot with grass. Luckily it wasn’t wet. But had no issues dropping the trailer.
MARK GI called and asked if there was a uhaul available the day before. I told him I wasn't out of work until 9am and I'd head over sometime after to pick it up. I get there, and the reservation timer was set for 8:30am. It made my checkout time 8:30am Monday morning or I'd be charged way more than quoted. When picking up the uhaul, I was also quoted much less than what was charged to my card, even though I returned it early, cleaned it, and put more gas into it than I recieved it with. Moreover, the man that worked there was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a business. I will definitely not recomment, nor deal business with them in the future.
