Stop charging a different price when they return the equipment. When I rented my appliance dolly. I was charged $11.27, when I returned the dolly the guy informed me that Uhaul will be charging me $11.28. 1 penny may not sound like a lot, but when you do that thousands of times a day, you can buy a new truck a day. I will call my bank and let them know of the scam uhaul is pulling a fight that one penny. Stop STEALING from your customers ...

The Barn just told us where the truck was did not show us the truck. He was not clear on the charges. Our rental was for two days. The bill is not clear I was told $40 per day with 48 miles allowed. Plus $.40 per mile over the 48 and $14.00 for the insurance. That would be $94.00 plus tax. My bill was $158 plus tax. What is the extra $64 for? And what the heck is an environmental fee? Insurance? $14 per DAY? $5110 per year? Really? The windows in the truck were filthy. The exterior was not much better. Cab and Cargo lights did not work. I had to use a flashlight to see what I was doing in the cab and loading.

When we got home with the truck and opened it up, the back of the truck had about an inch of water in it. We called and reported it to the UHAUL dealer, because we didn't want anyone to think we had done something to the truck.

The old man that you check into with has an additude problem, smarted off to me and acted like I was stupid for not getting the insurance. He asked if I got insurance online and I said no, he said "you didn't pay the $14?!" Like I was dumb! I've rented uhauls from here before with my mom and he has had additude before. He's a grumpy old man.

Had a troubling experience, after requesting trailer via the Barn learned that location does not open until 9:30am. Called Dickson Car Care which opens at 7:30 am and learned they would not book a trailer as I already had a reservation number in Uhaul system, said I needed to call Uhaul customer service to transfer my request. Called customer service, on hold extended period talked to several people, the last said my reservation was transferred from the Barn to Dickson Car Care. On Sunday afternoon received a text saying my trailer would be available at 7:30am Monday at the Barn. Then received call from gentleman at Barn saying reservation still showed his location but he doesn’t open until 9:30 am. He agreed to wait a little past his scheduled closing time and we were able to arrive and pick up trailer Sunday evening. I am very disappointed with UHaul customer service, they clearly did not follow through on transferring my reservation from the Barn to Dickson Car Care and they also clearly don’t know the hours of operation of their contractor, the Barn. I expected much better from your company.
