Locating the truck was difficult. How to access keys and finishing check were unclear and wasn’t sure of where to go to get to building for help. Processing the rental was also difficult. It took many calls and having to reenter information due to a time out.

I wasn’t told anything about a specific time the rental needed to be returned and it cost me an additional $20 because of it. Otherwise this location is great.
