Well I made a reservation for Thursday , July 24th 2025 , however nobody was at the location for me to pick up the uhaul. I waited all day and then they said I’d have to wait till the next day, the next day comes and nobody was at the location AGAIN and I had already paid for the uhaul by the point . On top of that the mileage fee went from .99cent to $1.29 . My uhaul was not guaranteed for the day I needed it the most and I had to go to a whole other location. I have yet to get a refund for my $190 payment and I had to pay for another one in Dillon’s location for $150 something and I did not even use all the miles I payed for

FLORA MI went to pick up the 20 ft van I ordered 3 weeks in advance. When I got in, the air condition didn’t work. I went right back in the office and they told me to call the 800 # for someone to come look at it. I hadn’t even driven off the lot. They then said my Option was a 15 ft which was too small or a 24 ft which I didn’t feel comfortable. A manager was supposed to call me, never did. They said they would reimburse the different in the two trucks, haven’t seen that. What should have been a one way trip took 3 because the van was too small
