Put a jack on trailers

Stacey SWell I made a reservation for Thursday , July 24th 2025 , however nobody was at the location for me to pick up the uhaul. I waited all day and then they said I’d have to wait till the next day, the next day comes and nobody was at the location AGAIN and I had already paid for the uhaul by the point . On top of that the mileage fee went from .99cent to $1.29 . My uhaul was not guaranteed for the day I needed it the most and I had to go to a whole other location. I have yet to get a refund for my $190 payment and I had to pay for another one in Dillon’s location for $150 something and I did not even use all the miles I payed for
