The cargo area of the truck had not been swept out. The "Service Tire Monitor System" warning light was on when I picked up the truck. We figured it was a bad TPS monitor and not a tire leaking down. I drove it to my destination and returned it in the same day and no flat tire.Michael H.

I think was over charged. dropped every thing off in about one day. lady barely gave me enough mileage just to make the trip but for some reason she charged me more days then I needed She charged me like 3 or 4 days ...I only took it 475 miles, she put down 497 miles which like you see were barely enough. That could have cost me alot if I was over.. miles is what I needed not days. Not happy. If I didn't use the days why wouldn't I get a refund.RONALD S.

My appt time for pickup was at 9:00 am but upon arrival at 8:4am., I had to wait until 10 for business to open which I was not informed of. Contract never printed at business due to difficulties with system. I never received a contract until after following day. Upon returning truck to business I was told that trucked needed to be refueled to starting amount which made my my husband have to take another trip back to rental location to go and refuel truck. This information should all be given too you upon renting vehicle so there are no surprises.John G.

The contract with the fuel usage, etc. stated where the gas was and should be when it comes back( it had a lot of lines on as most gas gauges). The staff member said "they don't use that paper and there isn't enough gas in the truck". If this is in fact true UHAUL needs to fix this with ALL locations because its not my problem IF they don't use the same paper and also if that was the case I should've been given the CORRECT one. I was charged extra for gas (2nd time this has happened with UHAUL, she charged me for 1.3 miles that was not calculated/documented right at the pick up location (however the staff member corrected, initialed, dated, and timed the correction). This is my last time using UHAUL...I was over charged the first time but NEVER AGAIN!!!Chanketa A.

You need to ask and be sure the customer knows how to release the equipment from the truck. You should also be certain there is a check list going in and out to assure the equipment is safe and functioning properly prior to renting it out.virginia L.
