Bailey BOverall, I was disappointed in the U-Haul experience. I was advised 2 days before pickup of the trailer that it was no longer available in Amarillo. The service rep located a trailer in Dimmitt, almost an hour away. Because of this change, I lost 3 hours of moving and took 3 rocks through my windshield. The rocks and $500 windshield replacement was not U-haul’s fault, but it should not have happened had U-haul provided me the trailer I reserved at the location specified. Very disappointed!
