Jennifer LLocation was disgustingly dirty and the second you walk in you wreak of cigarettes along with after ringing the bell at the front desk for help with the drop off, no one came. So, I walked out, left the trailer, took the pictures and said screw it. We rent U-Haul trailers twice a year and have never been more disgusted and let down by a company. I will never do service with Herman’s Garage again
