The ramp was broken

todd fThis drop off location was closed when I arrived which I knew ahead of time. The actual process of dropping off the vehical and the keys was a bit of a process-taking and uploading photos of the vehical- which I understand but I was not expecting all that at the end. It worked out though and was a convenient spot to drop off the truck.
Kara EIt was not disclosed to me that I would be charged $1.00 per mile traveled. I argued the fact and I waited 3 days with no response from the company about the issue. After 3 days they just took the money out of my account and didn’t even acknowledge my concern. I will never use uhaul again!!
