Make sure the equipment the customer needs is actually available. I requested 3 dollies and received none. I was told I could go purchase dollies and would be reimbursed. And that was after I was being asked to go to another location to get 1 dolly which actually had none. Do yall know how much dollies cost? And why the hell am I being asked to donyour job and drive around to get the equipment I requested well in advance? Then the truck had literally no gas in it. It was 25 miles until empty. This is by far the worst rental experience. Completely unprofessional and screwed up my entire move. And for a cost of about $850, this was a rip off.

The check-in process is a bit tedious. People need to check in before arrival to pick up truck because it takes so long. Also I was charged more for my mileage even though I didn’t drive o we the amount shown on truck.

Larry MThey did not make sure everything was in working order. Lights were out on the trailer, it was dirty but I wasn’t worried about that. Ended up getting pulled over by the state troopers for running lights not working and right signal as well. Definitely will not rent from this location AGAIN!
