My original reservation was cancelled because the key was not left in the lockbox. I had to go to this location to get a truck and return it here. I was promised $50 off and I don’t think it was applied since a new reservation was made by the worker. The original price was also only supposed to be around $170 because we were going to drop the truck off in Saugus but it was more because we had to return to this location.
