This is absolutely unacceptable, and I consider the way your company has handled this situation to be dishonest and unfair. I rented a truck on Sunday, October 4, at 10:00 AM, and returned it on Monday, October 5, at 5:00 PM. That is a total of 31 hours, yet you charged me for two full days plus additional hours. On top of that, your company arranged for two moving helpers who never showed up. Despite failing to provide the services promised, you still imposed additional charges that I believe are completely unjustified. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. This is not how a legitimate business should treat its customers. I am demanding a clear explanation of these charges and a refund of any amount that was incorrectly billed. I will never do business with your company again, and I will certainly never recommend your services to anyone. I expect this matter to be reviewed and resolved immediately.
