The reservation using mobile pick up did not work. I had to contact U Haul support and go into the facility to get assistance. The people were wonderful, but it took over an hour. Suggest U Haul re-visit mobile reservation instructions and make it very clear to the user what to expect - one suggestion is the mobile user must get into their settings and enable the U Haul application to use the mobile device camera. Let the user know when they show up at a location that a code will be sent to open a secure lock box to get the keys.

Eleice LI was missing my dolly that I odered in the truck and there was no one there to help
Niko KPickup was confirmed for 7AM. Uhaul app would not let me check in at 7AM. Location posted opening was 8AM, but did not actually open until 915AM. That means I waited 2+ hours. When I returned the van Monday night, the Uhaul app would not accept the condition pictures that you required me to take
