SHIRLEY AThe reservation using mobile pick up did not work. I had to contact U Haul support and go into the facility to get assistance. The people were wonderful, but it took over an hour. Suggest U Haul re-visit mobile reservation instructions and make it very clear to the user what to expect - one suggestion is the mobile user must get into their settings and enable the U Haul application to use the mobile device camera. Let the user know when they show up at a location that a code will be sent to open a secure lock box to get the keys.
