Please maintain your equipment. The truck I rented broke down, and it took more than 2.5 hours for anyone to arrive. Because of this failure, I incurred over $200 in additional costs—my moving team was stuck waiting with the disabled truck, and I was trapped inside it with no heat in temperatures below 10 degrees. I was literally freezing for more than two hours, and the entire situation was unacceptable. It took more than five phone calls just to get help dispatched. Given the breakdown, the delays, the unsafe conditions, and the extra expenses I was forced to pay, I am requesting a full refund. Please advise on the process to submit this claim and be reimbursed for the additional costs caused by your equipment failure.

He made me send him $137 through Zelle, even though the company had already charged me. I reported it, and they said he would call me to give me the money back, but no one called. There are thieves working there.
