Conflicting information concerning return documentation. Not very customer oriented. There are better locations near by but this one needed equipment.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot the best drop off spot, there were no parking spaces. I couldn’t find the representative to talk to.
Brittney WThis third party was horrible.. He was late getting there, he couldn’t print no receipts, and my card was charged twice. Then he couldn’t explain what I was supposed to do to do with the mobile app. I finally figured that out and the truck had no gas. A U-Haul representative had to call them and tell them to close out my account because it had looked like I didn’t return the truck. Just an overall horrible experience.
ROSHAWN WLet's engage in people to people contact.
