ALEXIS TTo begin my pick up time was 10:00 am the owner of the business arrive at 10:30 or so wen I got the keys to the U-Haul the vehicle sounded like it was about to break down and on top it had no gas. Then I told the business owner told oh it sounded like it’s out of steering wheel fluid??? Am like WTH my 2 boys where really scared but unfortunately I dint have a choice but to take the rental. I really honestly think they need to do and inspection before renting the U-Hauls… you guys put us in a lot of danger.. one good thing the business owner was and ANGEL
