This location was at a smoke shop and I am a pastor of a church so it was uncomfortable to be in the store. Also the individual didn't have training with U-Haul so had to have someone walk them through the process via phone which took longer than normal. Overall I have great experiences as I rent a u haul every week but this experience was not good.
