The truck was already dirty when we got it and the guy that run it to us told us that we did not need to take pictures of the truck or the ID but of course now I understand that and I’m being charged for a cleaning fee and I will not accept that. I need that taken care of please and take it off of my bill because I will not be paying that when it was already dirty.
TAYLOR GI specifically told the person that did my paperwork I needed it for 5 pm on Friday and I will return it the next day before 5 which I did. And now they’re charging me for two days because the paper work had 12 pm. I called the office and they refer me to call UHaul 1800# because they couldn’t do anything about it other than just talk to his guy in the office.
MARIA SI was disappointed that I was charged a $25.00 cleaning fee. The box was swept out when I completed my use of it. Not sure why I was charged for something that wasn’t needed.
