Paul was great and assisted in our check out and return of the van. Unfortunately, the online app process (not Paul’s fault) was producing issues which delayed checkout.

Everything was easy
Luis RLeave at least a quarter of gas in the vehicle
Julio DTruck was old and not in good condition. Fuel nearly empty when I picked it up. But location is very convenient. Staff who checked me in at end of day was especially friendly.
Christopher CTrucked smelled like smoke , dolly wasn’t ready , had no gas , to check back in the system was down ? Took me like 45 to check in time wasted !
