Truck was old and not in good condition. Fuel nearly empty when I picked it up. But location is very convenient. Staff who checked me in at end of day was especially friendly.

Jose MI rented this uhaul specifically because it cane with a applicance dolly, I got to my apartment to load up and when I opened the uhaul door there was no dolly. I am very disappointed in your guys service, I had to then make a seperate trip to home depot just to rent a dolly that was suppose to be in my rental when I clearly asked for one over the phone. Wont be reccomeding uhaul to anyone I know.
