How U-Haul Reviews WorkNone of the employees present knew how to run the pickup or dropoff systems. I ended up being handed an employees cell so I could talk to the manager on speakerphone while he walked me through it. Then, the truck was stacked behind another truck so I was asked to move another truck to pull mine out, then repark the first one. Then I had to wait while the employee struggled through another customer's pickup before he would give me back the keys to take my rental out. This took up about the first hour of my rental time before I could even hit the road. The dropoff didn't go much better as my gps showed I was just outside of the dropoff zone and the employee offered no help in resolving it, insisting I was doing something wrong. After some research, I had to manually grant precise location permissions on my device to finally be able to complete the return, at which point the employee was no longer at the counter so I just left the keys and went home. Would not recommend this location until the owner bothers training his employees on the Uhaul system.
