We requested a 26 foot when we arrived there was no 26 foot truck they only had a 20 foot and we had 2 16 foot PODS to off load . They graciously gave us a free day . But that didn't help with the extra gas and mileage fees. Not good uhaul.

Mark LCheck the vehicles and sweep or wipe them out if dirty. I had to go to the gas station after picking up the truck due it's being filthy with cigarette ashes, soda bottle with urine in it and a roll of toilet paper stuck in the door handle. It stink to high heaven and the tank was on empty. I did get a credit for putting extra gas but I'm just saying. I wasn't thrilled with the experience
